Teddy Fabric Upholstered Kids Bed — Cloud

A teddy-fabric upholstered single bed — soft, padded and rounded, made for a child's room.

Soft All the Way Round

Teddy fabric is a short dense pile that feels closer to a soft toy than to upholstery, and the frame is padded rather than panelled. In a room where children climb on furniture as much as they sleep in it, that is a practical choice and not only a decorative one.

It also takes the echo out of a room. UAE bedrooms with tiled floors and bare walls carry sound, and a padded bed is the cheapest thing that quietens one.

The honest trade-off: pile fabric holds dust more than a flat weave, and it needs a vacuum brush every couple of weeks. A wooden frame asks for nothing.

Standard Single Sizing

A single mattress in the UAE is 90 x 200cm. Leave around 60cm of clear floor on the side the bed is entered from, so making it each morning is not a struggle.

Measure the bedroom doorway before ordering — an upholstered frame does not fold, and the doorway causes more delivery problems than the room does.
