Six velvet colours, one shape — and the widest colour choice in our dining chair range. This is the chair to look at if you want the seats to be the colour in the room rather than a neutral that disappears.
Choosing Your Colour
Black and Ivory are the safe anchors — they work with any table and any wall colour. Taupe sits between the two and hides marks best. Olive, Ocher and Amber are the ones worth being brave about: against a pale wall and a wooden table, a set of olive velvet chairs does more for a room than any amount of decor.
A practical note on velvet: it feels soft and looks rich, but it shows crumbs and water spots more than bouclé or linen. In the darker colours this is barely noticeable; in Ivory it will need more frequent brushing down.
