When a Square Table Makes Sense
Square tops suit square rooms. If your dining area is roughly as wide as it is long, a square table fills it naturally where a long rectangle would leave dead space at the sides. They are also the most sociable shape for a group — everyone can see everyone, which a 200cm rectangle can't manage.
About Natural Travertine
Every top is cut from natural stone, so the veining and tone vary from piece to piece — yours will not be identical to the photograph. Travertine is porous: wipe spills quickly, use coasters under glasses and hot cups, and avoid acidic cleaners.
