A Wooden Frame Changes the Room
Metal and frameless mirrors read as cool and modern. Timber reads as warm, and it ties the mirror to other wood you already have — flooring, a bed frame, a wardrobe, a dressing table. In a bedroom that connection usually does more for the room than the mirror's shape does.
The Cloud-Wave Outline
The edge follows a soft rolling line rather than a plain arc, so the frame reads as a shape rather than just a border. On a wooden frame that is deliberate — you are meant to notice the timber.
The trade-off: a decorative wooden frame is a stronger statement than a plain one, and it will fight anything else patterned on the same wall. Give it a plain background.

Full-length, and wide enough to reflect part of the room as well as the person standing in front of it. Leave about 30cm of clear wall on each side.
Standing or Hanging
If mounting, keep the bottom edge 20 to 30cm off the floor so your feet stay in the reflection. If leaning it against the wall, anchor the top — essential with children or pets in the house.
