A tall, arched headboard that rises in a single unbroken curve — where our other curved beds sweep sideways, the Luna sweeps upward. It gives a bedroom height rather than width.
An Arch Instead of a Rectangle
A tall arched headboard draws the eye up, which makes a bedroom feel taller than it is. In an apartment with a standard ceiling that is a useful trick — more effective than tall curtains or vertical wall panels, and it costs you nothing extra in floor space.
It also removes the need for anything above the bed. An arch fills the wall on its own; hang a mirror or artwork above it and the two shapes fight.
Check Your Wall First
This is the tallest headboard in our range, so it needs clear wall above the mattress. Measure from the top of your mattress to the nearest obstruction — a window ledge, air-conditioning vent, shelf or picture rail. If something sits low on that wall, one of our lower frames will suit better.
