Being Honest About Upkeep

White upholstery shows marks that a darker fabric hides. A bed frame is not touched the way a sofa is, so it stays cleaner than people expect — but if there are young children in the house, or the bed doubles as a sofa during the day, a mid-tone will hold up better.
