A tubular backrest that wraps around into a U, on three solid oak legs that run unbroken from the floor to the back. There is no join anywhere — the frame is the structure and the design at the same time.
A Low, Open Silhouette
At 65cm total height this sits well below a standard dining chair, and the open backrest means you see through it rather than at it. In a small room that matters: six tall solid-backed chairs form a visual wall around the table, and six of these do not.
The trade-off is that you sit lower relative to the tabletop than on a standard chair. If you want a relaxed, lounge-leaning dining setup this is exactly right. If you want upright, formal seating for long dinners, one of our 78–90cm chairs will suit better.
