Furniture Packages in Dubai

Furniture Packages in Dubai

Furnishing a Dubai apartment usually means one of two things: weeks of trips to Al Quoz and Ajman trying to make separate pieces work together, or one package that arrives ready. We do the second one, delivered free across Dubai and set up in your apartment by our own supervisor.

Packages run from AED 4,999 for a mini studio up to AED 69,999 for a fully furnished villa. Everything below is what actually happens between placing an order and sitting on your new sofa.

What it costs to furnish a Dubai apartment

We publish every price. Six ranges, five apartment sizes, no hidden tiers and nothing that changes at checkout. Delivery and assembly are included in all of them.

Range Studio 1 Bedroom 2 Bedroom 3 Bedroom Villa
Modry AED 6,599 AED 7,599 AED 10,599 AED 11,999 AED 14,299
Wooden AED 8,300 AED 9,900 AED 13,100 AED 16,300 AED 22,100
Vibe AED 9,100 AED 10,000 AED 12,900 AED 14,100 AED 17,000
Marble AED 9,950 AED 12,999 AED 14,779 AED 16,669 AED 21,599
Diamond AED 30,500 AED 32,500 AED 43,500 AED 55,500 AED 57,500
Luxury AED 38,999 AED 41,999 AED 50,999 AED 54,999 AED 69,999

The Modry range also has a Mini Studio at AED 4,999 (14 items), which is our smallest package and the right choice for a genuinely compact space.

What separates the ranges

Item count and materials, mostly. A Modry 2-bedroom is 29 pieces; a Marble 2-bedroom is 28 but in heavier materials with a different finish. Diamond and Luxury use higher-grade upholstery and stone, and cost several times more as a result.

Modry, Vibe, Marble and Luxury come in three colourways each; Diamond adds a blue option. Wooden comes in one finish only — it is the natural-wood range, and the timber is the point.

If you are furnishing a rental or a first apartment, Modry or Wooden is almost always the sensible answer. Diamond and Luxury exist for owners furnishing a home they intend to keep, and we would rather say that plainly than upsell you.

How delivery actually works in Dubai

This is the part most furniture websites skip, and it is where Dubai deliveries go wrong.

A supervisor comes to every delivery

Not a driver with a trolley. One of our supervisors is present at your apartment for the whole delivery, on every single order, whether it is a full villa package or one armchair.

He handles the building security, the service lift, the unloading, the assembly and the clean-up. When he leaves, the packaging leaves with him. You are not left with a living room full of cardboard and a screwdriver.

This matters more in Dubai than people expect. Some buildings — Nakheel properties in particular — run strict security and will turn away a delivery that arrives without the right paperwork or approval. Our supervisor deals with that at the gate so you do not have to take the call.

Move-in permits: what you need to do

Most Dubai buildings require a move-in permit before furniture can come through. Here is the honest division of labour:

  • You apply for the permit. Building management issues it to the resident, not to the supplier. We cannot apply on your behalf.
  • We give you everything you need for it. Once your payment is confirmed, our sales team contacts you, tells you to start the permit, and sends any documents your building asks for from our side.
  • We confirm you are ready before we dispatch. Our team checks with you before the delivery date so nothing is discovered on the day.

One useful rule of thumb: full packages almost always need a permit. Single items — one chair, one lamp, one mirror — usually pass without one. Buildings care about volume, not furniture.

If you cannot be there

If you ask us to, you can hand your keys to our team instead of taking the day off. The supervisor lets himself in, completes the delivery, assembly and clean-up, and returns the keys to you afterwards.

This is not something we do by default — you have to request it, and we will confirm it with you before the delivery date. It is useful if you are furnishing a property you have not moved into yet, managing a holiday home, or outside the country when the delivery lands.

Lifts

Service lifts occasionally go down for maintenance, and in a Dubai tower that can stop a delivery cold. It happens, and we sort it out — usually by rescheduling with building management rather than carrying a wardrobe up twenty floors. Worth knowing rather than pretending it never occurs.

What is included

  • Free delivery across Dubai and all seven emirates. No minimum order, no charge at checkout.
  • Assembly and setup, done by our supervisor and team.
  • Packaging removal.
  • One-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Typical delivery window of three to five days. Some items take longer — seven to twelve days is possible depending on the piece — and our team tells you the timeline for your specific order before you commit to a date.

What is not included

Being straight about the limits saves everyone a phone call:

  • No showroom. We are online-first. You cannot sit on the sofa before you buy. That is the trade-off that keeps our prices where they are — no showroom rent is built into what you pay.
  • Custom sizes on sofas and beds only. Dining tables, coffee tables and curtains come in listed sizes. Custom sofa and bed sizing is confirmed with our sales team and priced separately.
  • The permit is yours to obtain. We support it, we cannot file it.

Questions Dubai customers ask

Do you deliver to my part of Dubai?

Yes. Marina, JVC, Business Bay, Downtown, Silicon Oasis, Al Furjan, Dubai South, International City — all of Dubai, and all seven emirates, free.

Which range should I choose?

Modry and Wooden for value and for rentals. Vibe and Marble for a step up in materials. Diamond and Luxury for owners furnishing long-term. Send us your apartment size and we will tell you honestly which one fits your budget.

How long does delivery take?

Three to five days for most orders. Some pieces take seven to twelve days. We tell you which applies to your order before the date is fixed, rather than leaving you guessing.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Tabby and Tamara are both available at checkout, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.

Do I have to be home?

Normally yes, but if you ask us in advance you can hand over your keys instead. Our supervisor completes everything and returns them to you.

What if something arrives damaged?

Our supervisor is there while everything is unpacked and assembled, so problems are usually spotted before he leaves. Manufacturing defects are covered for one year.

Can I buy just one item instead of a package?

Yes, and delivery is still free with a supervisor present. Single items also tend to avoid the permit requirement.
