Size your package to the apartment, not to the label
This matters more in Sharjah than almost anywhere. A two-bedroom in Al Majaz or Al Nahda is often noticeably larger than a two-bedroom at the same rent in Dubai. That is the whole reason people move here.
The consequence: a package sized for a compact Dubai unit can leave a Sharjah living room looking half-empty. Before you order, measure your living room and send us the numbers. We will tell you straight whether the package fills it or whether you are better off going one size up or adding a piece. We would rather do that than have you unpack and feel short-changed.
What separates the ranges
Item count and materials. Modry and Wooden are the value ranges and almost always the right answer for a rental or a first apartment. Vibe and Marble step up in materials. Diamond and Luxury use higher-grade upholstery and stone, and exist for owners furnishing a home they intend to keep.
Modry, Vibe, Marble and Luxury come in three colourways each; Diamond adds a blue option. Wooden comes in one finish only — the timber is the point.
Delivery to Sharjah
Free, across all of Sharjah
Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Al Qasimia, Muwaileh, University City, Al Taawun and the rest — free delivery, no minimum order, nothing added at checkout.
A supervisor comes with every delivery
Not a driver leaving boxes in your hallway. One of our supervisors is at your apartment for the whole delivery, on every order, whether it is a full villa package or one mirror.
He handles building security, the service lift, unloading, assembly and clean-up. The packaging goes back on the truck with him. You are not left with a living room full of cardboard and an allen key.
We schedule around the traffic, not through it
Anyone who commutes between Sharjah and Dubai knows what the crossing does at peak hours. We plan Sharjah runs around it rather than pretending it does not exist — which is why we agree a delivery window with you in advance instead of giving you a vague “sometime that day”.
Most orders arrive in three to five days. Some pieces take seven to twelve, depending on the item. Our team tells you which applies to your order before the date is fixed.
Move-in permits
Many Sharjah buildings ask for a move-in permit or an NOC from building management before furniture comes through, in much the same way Dubai does.
- You apply for it. Building management issues it to the resident, not to the supplier. We cannot file it on your behalf.
- We provide whatever your building needs from our side. After payment is confirmed, our sales team contacts you, tells you to start the permit, and sends the documents required.
- We check you are ready before we dispatch. Nothing gets discovered at the gate.
Full packages almost always need one. Single items usually pass without — buildings react to volume, not to furniture.
If you cannot be there
Some customers prefer to hand over their keys rather than take a day off work. Ask us when you book and we will confirm whether we can do it for your address. If we can, the supervisor completes the delivery, assembly and clean-up and returns your keys afterwards. We will not agree to it and then fail to turn up.

What is not included
- No showroom. We are online-first. You cannot sit on the sofa before you buy — and no showroom rent is built into what you pay.
- Custom sizes on sofas and beds only. Dining tables, coffee tables and curtains come in the listed sizes.
- The permit is yours to obtain. We support it, we cannot file it.
