Split the budget before you shop, not after
The common mistake is furnishing the living room first, running out, and sleeping on a mattress on the floor for three months. A package removes that risk — both rooms arrive together, matched, at a price fixed before you order.

The measurements that matter in a 1BR
Bedroom: leave around 60cm of clear floor on each side you walk past the bed. A King (180×200cm) needs a room about 3m across to work; below that a Queen is the better decision, not the smaller one.

Living room: keep a coffee table to roughly two-thirds the length of the sofa, and leave 40cm between them.

Both: measure the apartment door, the lift and the corridor before ordering anything large. In Dubai towers the lift is usually the limit, not the room.

Where a 1BR budget is best spent
