Furnishing a holiday home?
A large share of Ras Al Khaimah property is bought to be let short-term rather than lived in — Al Hamra Village, Mina Al Arab, Al Marjan Island. Furnishing for guests is a different job from furnishing for yourself, and it is worth saying out loud.
- Everything has to arrive at once. A holiday home cannot open half-furnished. A package solves this in a way that ordering from five suppliers does not.
- Durability beats delicacy. Guests are not careful. Darker fabrics, harder surfaces and fewer fragile pieces will save you replacing things in year two.
- It has to photograph well. Your listing photos do the selling. A coordinated set shoots better than a room assembled from unrelated pieces.
For a short-term let, Vibe or Marble usually hits the right point — better presentation than the value ranges, without the outlay of Diamond or Luxury. A AED 43,500 package in a rental rarely earns the difference back in nightly rate. Tell our team the property is a holiday let and we will steer you accordingly.
What separates the ranges
Item count and materials. Modry and Wooden are the value ranges. Vibe and Marble step up in materials. Diamond and Luxury use higher-grade upholstery and stone, and exist for owners furnishing a home they intend to keep.
Modry, Vibe, Marble and Luxury come in three colourways each; Diamond adds a blue option. Wooden comes in one finish only — the timber is the point.
Delivery to Ras Al Khaimah
Free, across all of RAK
Al Hamra, Mina Al Arab, Al Marjan Island, Al Nakheel, Al Dhait, Khuzam, Julphar and the rest — free delivery, no minimum order, no distance charge.
This is worth checking against other quotes. Suppliers based in Dubai frequently add a surcharge for RAK addresses or quietly refuse them. We do not.
A supervisor comes with every delivery
One of our supervisors is present for the whole delivery, on every order, from a full villa package to a single mirror. He handles building access, the lift, unloading, assembly and clean-up, and takes the packaging away with him.
If you are not in RAK when the delivery lands
Many RAK owners live elsewhere — in Dubai, or outside the country entirely. Ask us when you book and we will confirm whether we can collect your keys, complete the whole setup, and return them afterwards.
We will tell you honestly whether it works for your property rather than agreeing and then failing to show up. For an owner preparing a unit remotely, this is usually the part that matters most.
Building access
Apartment buildings in RAK often ask for a move-in permit or an NOC from building management. Villas and townhouses usually do not, which is one of the quieter advantages of furnishing a ground-access property.
- You apply for the permit. Building management issues it to the resident or owner, not to us.
- We send whatever your building needs from our side. Our sales team contacts you once payment is confirmed.
- We confirm access before we dispatch.
Timing
Three to five days for most orders. Some pieces take seven to twelve, depending on the item. Our team tells you which applies to your order before the date is agreed.
What is included
- Free delivery across all of Ras Al Khaimah. No minimum order.
- Assembly and setup by our supervisor and team.

- One-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Three to five days for most orders; seven to twelve for some pieces.
What is not included
- No showroom. We are online-first. You cannot sit on the sofa before you buy — and no showroom rent is built into your price.
- Custom sizes on sofas and beds only. Dining tables, coffee tables and curtains come in listed sizes.
- The permit is yours to obtain. We support it, we cannot file it.
