Delivery is free everywhere in Abu Dhabi, with no minimum order. Abu Dhabi is a longer run than Dubai, and that changes how we schedule rather than what you pay.

Size up before you order
This matters more in Abu Dhabi than anywhere else we deliver. Apartment layouts here are often more generous than the equivalent unit in Dubai, particularly on Reem and Saadiyat. A package sized for a compact Dubai one-bedroom can look sparse in a larger Abu Dhabi one.
Send us your room dimensions before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the package fills the space or whether you should go one size up. We would rather talk you into the right size than take the smaller order.
What separates the ranges
Item count and materials. Modry and Wooden are the value ranges and almost always the sensible answer for a rental or a first apartment. Vibe and Marble step up in materials. Diamond and Luxury use higher-grade upholstery and stone, and exist for owners furnishing a home they intend to keep.
Modry, Vibe, Marble and Luxury come in three colourways each; Diamond adds a blue option. Wooden comes in one finish only — the timber is the point.
Delivery to Abu Dhabi
Free, everywhere in Abu Dhabi
No delivery charge, no minimum order, no distance surcharge. Al Reem, Saadiyat, Yas, Khalifa City, Al Raha, Al Reef, Mussafah, the Corniche, and addresses well outside the city — the price you see is the price you pay.
A supervisor comes with every delivery
Every order to Abu Dhabi — a full villa package or a single lamp — arrives with one of our supervisors present. He manages building security, the service lift, unloading, assembly and clean-up, and takes the packaging away with him when he leaves.
This is the same standard we run in Dubai. Distance does not change it.
Timing works differently here
Most orders land in three to five days. Some pieces take seven to twelve, depending on the item. Our team tells you which applies to your order before a date is agreed, rather than letting you find out on the day.
Abu Dhabi deliveries are scheduled rather than squeezed in. Because it is a longer drive, we plan the run in advance so the team arrives with the whole day available for your setup — not with an hour left before the next job. It means slightly less flexibility on last-minute changes, and a much lower chance of a rushed or half-finished delivery.
Move-in permits
Abu Dhabi buildings work much the same way as Dubai. Most require a move-in permit before furniture can come through.
- You apply for the permit. Building management issues it to the resident, not the supplier, so we cannot file it for you.
- We supply whatever your building asks for from our side. Once payment is confirmed, our sales team contacts you, tells you to start the permit, and sends the documents needed.
- We confirm you are ready before we dispatch. Nothing gets discovered on delivery day.
Full packages almost always need a permit. Single items usually pass without one — buildings are reacting to volume, not to furniture.
Handing over your keys
In Dubai, customers can ask us to collect their keys so they do not have to be home. In Abu Dhabi we cannot promise this.
The reason is honest and simple: on a longer route, arrival times are harder to guarantee, and returning your keys the same day is not always practical. We will tell you at the time of booking whether it is possible for your address. If we cannot do it properly, we will say so rather than agree and then let you down.
Lifts
Service lifts occasionally go down for maintenance, which can hold up a delivery in any tower. We reschedule with building management when it happens. On an Abu Dhabi run it costs more time than it does in Dubai, which is one more reason we confirm building access with you before we set off.

- No showroom. We are online-first — no showroom rent built into your price, but you cannot sit on the sofa first.
- Custom sizes on sofas and beds only. Dining tables, coffee tables and curtains come in listed sizes.
- The permit is yours to obtain. We support it, we cannot file it.
