Seamless, and What That Costs to Make
Most upholstered chairs are panels stitched together. The seams are usually the first thing to show wear, and on a curved shape they interrupt the line. A seamless shell means the fabric is worked as one piece — harder to make, and the reason the curve reads so cleanly.
It also means nothing catches. No piping at the arms, no welted edge along the seat, no stitching where your elbow rests.
Low Profile in a Small Room
Height, not footprint, is what makes a room feel crowded. This chair sits low enough that the sightline across the room stays open — useful beside a window, or in a bedroom where a tall chair would loom over the bed.
The trade-off is the usual one with low seating: it is harder to get out of. Worth thinking about if older family members will use it.
