Height Changes What This Unit Is For
Most TV units sit at 40–45cm, which puts the screen at eye level for someone on a sofa. At 65cm this one is taller — which suits two situations specifically.
First, a room where you watch from a dining chair or a high stool rather than a low sofa. Second, a room where the unit does more than hold a screen: at 60cm deep with that height, it works as a sideboard with a television on it, which is a different and often better use of a living room wall.
If you sit on a low or deep sofa, this height will put the screen above comfortable eye level. One of our 40–45cm units will suit better.
