Why This Exists
Licensing a holiday home in Dubai means meeting a checklist. Most of it is furniture and fit-out, but a handful of small items catch people out — they are cheap, they are easy to forget, and they are the ones an inspector looks for.
Buying them separately means five or six different orders. This is one.
