  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.


Delivery Timeline

  • UAE Deliveries: Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • International Deliveries: For customers outside the UAE, delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout.


Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders: Standard delivery charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs depend on the destination and package weight. Final charges will appear before you confirm your order.


Order Tracking

Furniture Handling & Assembly

  • Larger furniture items are carefully packed and delivered by our trusted logistics partners.

  • Assembly services may be available upon request within the UAE (additional charges may apply).
